I am happy to advise and support you on the following topics:
reflecting on cultural differences – communicating in a culturally sensitive way – dealing with your own and others’ expectations – formulating goals – strengthening your role – how to remain capable of acting in conflict situations – how to find a good work-life balance and stay healthy – ethical issues and moral dilemmas.
